Hotel is well located just in front of the station Venice Mestre. We’ve been very pleased to check in early, so at 13:30 we’ve got the room
Everything in room is very old! Even older than you could imagine!
It’s definitely not 4* hotel! They could be lucky to get 3*

Good location where is close to the train station . However,you have to take a bus to the Venice main island. It takes about 10 minute.
Staff are very nice and helpful and wifi is good.
If you do not choose to stay at Venice main island , I will recommend you to choose.

Location good, service good , room clean
breakfast not delicious , scrambled egg looks like steam egg and the texture is very hard and dry , will recommend people to stay without breakfast

I only have positive things to say about Hotel Plaza Venice. From start to finish, my stay exceeded expectations.
Reception & First Impression
The lobby is spacious, luxurious, and impeccably maintained. Everything is spotlessly clean and well-kept, with a touch of elegance that you immediately notice upon entering. The location is perfect, right across from the Venice Mestre train station, making it incredibly convenient for anyone traveling to or from Venice by train.
After a long train journey, stepping out of the station and seeing the beautiful façade of the hotel feels like finding an oasis in the desert. It's easily the best-located hotel in the area, and that first impression is unforgettable.
Check-in Experience
I arrived at 11 PM for check-in, and the front desk staff was quick, efficient, and professional. Despite the late hour, the process was smooth, and I appreciated the courteous service.
Room & Cleanliness
The rooms are modern, clean, and comfortable. Everything in the room, including the bathroom, felt new and freshly renovated. The bathroom was spotless, with all the necessary amenities provided. It’s clear that the hotel takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast. The breakfast room is large, clean, and well-lit, creating a pleasant atmosphere to start the day. The hotel has several staff members serving food and beverages, which ensures everything runs smoothly.

Room was fine and the service was good, staff all very friendly and helpful.
The breakfast in my room was not good. The coffee was cold and the bread and croissant were not good quality, my idea of a treat of breakfast in bed was very disappointing.
