They don't want to serve you with Social Tourism, with the way I want it they put you in a bigger room so you pay more, in a triple room according to their claims while it's a double room, of the same square footage and they simply put a sofa bed, forcing me to pay normally for an almost 2 year old baby and a 3.5 year old child while the DYPA announcement doesn't let you apply for a check as children under 5 are free. Ms. Georgia is unprofessional, speaks in a rude manner and does not explain reasonable questions you ask, such as why I should not stay in a 2-bed room and simply enter a park, etc. While the offer to pay and send checks was until 12/3, while they were sent yesterday, I supposedly sent them the checks for the ferry companies and instead of answering me, how come Ms. Karagianni sent us the wrong checks, forward us the correct ones, they canceled our reservation. And all this because they do not want to serve you 2 months earlier with Social Tourism and because they want you to pay more for a 3-bed room. Unacceptable. Dypa has already been informed of all your emails and the announcement that you say says that children are charged. Shame on you.

We booked with social tourism check with 2 children and they gave us the suite. Impeccable service as well as cleanliness. Breakfast was decent. Panos at the reception was incredibly kind and willing to help with anything you ask. The room quite good and clean without problems. I would prefer it and recommend it without a doubt.
