Siamo stati una notte, struttura molto confortevole, camera accogliente, spaziosa e pulita, con terrazzino annesso. Nel piano -1 ha un distributore di bibite macchinetta del caffè, ha una piccola area palestra, area tv e carambola. Solo la colazione in camera un po’ deludente rispetto al complesso. Per il resto molto buono. Dispone di un parcheggio privato a pagamento non molto ampio

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura, per un mese. Ci sono tutte le comodità, che si possono aver in casa con i servizi da residence. Appartamento arredato nuovo e con gusto. Abbiamo dormito benissimo al fresco, senza dover accendere il condizionatore. Il personale della struttura gentilissimo e disponibile, in particolare Marianna. Sicuramente ci sarà occasione di ritornare.

Per lavoro ho soggiornato al residence Annunziata. La struttura è impeccabile, nulla da dire. Mini appartamenti comodi, con ampio terrazzino per eventuali fumatori. Se esco dalla struttura vedo che: per poter trovare un locale devo necessariamente spostarmi in auto, il parcheggio purtroppo non è facilissimo da trovare. L'unica "colpa" che posso imputare alla struttura, è quella di cominciare a servire la colazione dalle 7:30. Dovendo partire alle 7, purtroppo non ho potuto fare colazione e non usufruire di un servizio che ho pagato. Nel complesso darei 4 stelle, ma per le pecche sopracitate ne devo dare 3. Ci tornerò, comunque, nel mio prossimo viaggio di lavoro a Messina, perchè la gestione lo merita.

Ospite a Dicembre 2022 ho soggiornato per due settimane nel bilocale composto da un ampia zona giorno/cucina, una camera doppia e un bagno moderno accogliente. La struttura è dotata di ampie zone comuni attrezzate e un apprezzatissimo biliardo a disposizione degli ospiti. Consigliato!!!
