If you like a Party spot than this place is for you! Its located right above a bar that has live music and DJ. The music is loud! Its location is ideal for the night life as its located directly on the square. Walking distance to many bars and restaurants. I do not recommend if you're looking to get a nice sleep or for a family with children. The place was clean but the water heater in the room was below standards and the internet only worked half the time. All in all 3 Stars.

Ho soggiornato in questo b&b solo per una notte e per una pausa viaggio … e meno male! All arrivo siamo stati accolti da personale improvvisato che non sapeva neanche chi fossimo e addirittura ci ha chiesto se avessimo pagato!?! Quando la struttura chiede il pagamento anticipato! la camera non era stata neanche rinfrescata e c’erano 40gradi . Ci hanno assegnato a loro dire una “junior suite”… mi viene da ridere anzi volevo piangere! Una stanza fatiscente e maleodorante di fogna . Condizionatore del 1982 che non raffredda , bagno orribile (seguono foto). Letti senza giro letto ma con semplici materassi appoggiati sulle reti. Frigo bar vuoto e sporco … insomma, Un ostello e’ più lussuoso ! Comunque cari viaggiatori, ve lo sconsiglio vivamente questo posto. La posizione non vale i soldi spesi ! Mi dispiace veramente ma dovreste mettere foto reali e fare un accurato controllo delle toilette , iniziando dal cambio dei scopini del Wc!

Ci siamo trovati benissimo, cordialità e pulizia personale Topppp Da consigliare a tutti Unica pecca il letto, per il resto molto vicino a tutto, supermercato villetta e mezzo di trasporto come fermate bus, in generale la città offre tantissimo veramente bella

Ero già stato in questo B&B e tornando l'ho trovato molto cambiato. La ristrutturazione, ancora in corso, ha aumentato le camere ma ancora non sono del tutto rifinite. La posizione è ideale per visitare Messina e il suo centro. C'è ancora qualcosa da migliorare

Ubicazione ottimale in pieno centro storico .Stanza molto ampia ma spoglia. Impossibilità di appendere gli abiti per mancanza dell’asta nell’armadio. Assenza di un supporto per aprire la valigia. Frigo senza neanche una bottiglietta di acqua. Musica fino a tarda notte nella piazza centrale che richiederebbe finestre acusticamente isolate. Convenzione per colazione con bar distante e scadente. Peccato perché basterebbe un po’ di cura per gestire una location di valore , posta in un bel contesto e offerta ad una cifra di tutto rispetto

Abbiamo prenotato direttamente in quanto ci dava disponibilità chiamando la sig .a ci informa che si era liberata una camera. Location eccezionale in pieno centro a pochi passi dal Duomo. Camere grandi e pulite. Letto comodo. Colazione al bar con possibilità di cappuccino o granita. Tutto veramente ottimo. Consigliatissimo

Alloggio proprio di fronte al Duomo di Messina (favoloso) . La struttura è facilmente raggiungibile ma nn ha parcheggio,auto da parcheggiare in zona. Le stanze sono ampie ma molto spartane . Nn ci sono particolari accessori e comodità , si potrebbe fare di meglio visto le potenzialità. Peccato
