L'hotel si trova in una ottima posizione, il personale è sempre disponibile e molto gentile.
La camera aveva tutti i confort e l'ho trovata davvero interessante, la pulizia del locale è impeccabile.
Colazione a buffet ottima provvista di un abbondante scelta sia di dolce che salato.
Sicuramente tornerò dato anche la qualità/prezzo.

We highly recommend this hotel!!! We cannot express enough of how amazing the staff were….hotel was beautifully appointed! Rooms were stunning with views of the seas and cruise ships. Breakfast was wonderful, freshly made scrambled eggs with lots of fruit and pastries. Would rate this hotel a 5 ⭐️

The staff was impeccable. The owner didn't speak much English,and she was there to greet us when we arrived. The two young people who ran the day to day spoke perfect English, and They were VERY accomodating. There is not someone on property 24 hours, so just ask all your questions before 8pm. There was no problem. We left early, before breakfast opened, and we were able to still get coffee and something to eat anyway. they were very interesting. Rooms modern and sparkling clean!

Jolly Charme Suite is beautiful, clean, and very modern. We had a beautiful view of the Strait of Messina.
The staff was exceptional and was there to help with anything we needed. The breakfast was unbelievable. I can't say enough positive things about his place. When we go back to Messina to visit family, we will only stay at Jolly.

Very nice, clean and updated hotel. Staff were amazing and very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, room was very comfortable and area had lots of restaurants to walk to.

Fantastic!!!! What a find and we were disappointed to only stay 1 night. Salvatore and his wife were exceptionally accommodating, breakfast was fabulous and the room was extremely well appointed.

This is a very clean and comfortable bed and breakfast in Messina. Front desk help from Pasindu was excellent. Recommended good restaurants, and arranged for taxi when asked.
