****** was nice. Definitely more quiet than a typical ******. The room we got need renovation. Furniture was worn and delipidated. Shower definitely needed replacement. Shower floor was dirty and could not be cleaned. Shower head ******. Bathroom counter needed upgrade to newer standards (height from floor etc). Room carpet was okay. Carpets in hallway definitely needed replacement. Not enough outlets in room for todays electronics that travelers carry. Cafe was closed which ******. Buffet was marginal. Lots of flies even though they had electronic fly traps.

The hotel is not far from Las Vegas, located between ZION National Park and Las Vegas. It is suitable for overnight stay on the way to Las Vegas after visiting the national park. The room is OK and relatively clean, but the hotel is a bit old. It is right next to the highway!

Aging property
The resort is definitely aging. The pool area and the spa were wonderful! They are remodeling the restaurant so there are no options for breakfast other than a fast food type hall. No lunch options other than a buffet (too much food). Rooms are badly in need of renovation. Staff members were all friendly and helpful

Convenient stop. Had to park far away from the hotel and get our luggage in and out. Place was nice but in need in some rehab.
