Days Inn by Wyndham Las Cruces

It was a clean and comfortable room. It was basically quiet, although when a couple of motorcyclists came in late (9:30-10:00) their bikes were clearly audible in the room. It was far enough off of I-10 that no freeway noise was detectable in the room. The outstanding feature of the establishment was the staff. When I left early the next morning, I forgot to take my laptop. When I reached my destination and realized that fact I called back to Days Inn and discovered that they indeed had my laptop and were willing to hold it for me until I returned 6 days later.

First room smelled as though someone had smoked in it only minutes before we opened the door. We asked for and were given a different room, which did not smell of smoke. Condition of property not great, stairs and walkways dirty, homeless walking near the parking lot. Convenient to the interstate, but I’ll stay somewhere else next trip.

Good value for money. Clean. Comfortable bed, with good pillows. Great shower! Only two bath towels and one hand towel, and none were replaced in our 3 night stay. No cleaning or replacement of coffee, soap, etc. But it wasn't really a problem and I assume we could have gotten more if we requested it. Standard motel breakfast, well stocked and a nice dining area.

Liked the convenience. The property is a bit dinghy... our had a weird smell, which i could overlook with the air on. Beds were a bit creaky too. But it is pet friendly, and thats what we needed

There was an issue with the manager that her response was it you don't like it you can stay somewhere else...what kind of customer service is that. We will definitely not return to this location. It was a simple situation in which the wife didn't have the husbands credit card and the person up front said she could pay for one day and then come back and pay for the other with the other card. Then the manager said they had to redo the room and made a big thing out of nothing, overtalking over the wife.

Only boiled eggs were the source of protein for the breakfast. There was no stopper for the bathtub. There was only three pillows for a king size bed bed, and they had no more. Asked for more towels, and I had to use the same towels as my husband because they could not bring us any more towels. There was no alarm clock in the room. We asked for wake up call and we didn’t get one on a Saturday morning and on Sunday it didn’t matter. I set my phone. I do not think we will come back and stay there I do believe it was overpriced for what we got.

Older property, but it is nice, it was clean, the staff was courteous. It has a microwave and a fridge in the room, I heated up a sandwich and the microwave started to smoke, so I unplugged it called the front desk and she came right down. Luckily my sandwich was warm enough it didn't need more heat. The agent informed me since it was so late about 9pm they wouldn't be able to replace it until the next day, she also informed me that I could use the one up front. All in all very good service!

Reserved a room online. When I arrived they had no 1st floor rooms.(no elevator). The girl at the desk was flippant when I told her that I had surgery last week and second floor was a pain. She did not express any empathy towards my situation. I come to this hotel often. The rooms are cheap and the people at the desk are usually very accommodating….. It’s the people that make the difference ..

Beds were very uncomfortable, floor dirty, shower spray ****** and temperature kept changing from hot to cold while in the shower. Could hear man next door sneezing all night.
