The service was great. The young lady who worked in the lobby was very helpful. There were two things that we were upset about first was that their pool wasn’t available due to renovations. That was upsetting because nowhere on their website did they say it was going to be unavailable and the reason why we chose to book there was because we knew Arizona is a very hot place and we wanted to get into the pool. The second thing was they told us breakfast was from 7am-8am and we had plans on leaving by 7-7:30am, we arrived at the lobby around 7:05-7:10 for our breakfast and they were barely setting up so we had to skip out on that.

Location was perfect rates were great.. we were there for a softball tournament the whole team stayed here loved it.. bed was a bit short for my 6'1 boyfriend but not bad..
I enjoyed my stay here. Clean rooms, good service and I dint have to leave to enjoy a dinner and night out. Convenient apps on the TV so I can watch my favorite movies.
The room was clean, easy to travel, and close to the restaurant supermarket. The only regret was that the room was generally soundproof. One night the room next door yelled and the TV turned on very loudly. As a result, I was already in jet lag and didn't fall asleep all night.
Good location. Not the cleanest room but they came and cleaned agin. And it was better.
There was a smell in the adjoining hall that smelled like sewer? Didn’t ask what it was.
Quick and easy check in. Staff was super friendly. Room was clean.

GGuest UserWe stayed here for one night before flying out from Mesa Gateway Airport, Location was good, Hotel was very nice. Our flight was leaving early in the morning, so I wanted a hotel close to the airport. A little more than what I wanted to spend but it ended up being a good place to stay before leaving early in the morning. It worked out perfect.
DDebra KempThe service at this hotel is above and beyond 5 stars!! Mary, Stephanie, & Glenn are professional, kind, and very helpful!! They are awesome. I have extended my stay several times this trip and they are the best!! They were of great assistance!! If you are wondering if you should stay here, just book it, you wont regret it!! And, you might just extend your stay, too!!!
DDennis WoolvertonNever had heard of Sleep Inn so was a little leary of the stay. I was very impressed with my room, it was comfortable and clean. They serve continental breakfast every morning which was pretty good. There is a diner next door and within walking distance is Walmart and a couple restaurants. Across the street is the Superstition Springs mall for more shopping. Also location was good. Did not see any questionable people lurking around. I would definitely use this hotel again.
GGuest UserMy Husband and I found this lovely place on trip.com. We just loved it. Lenique she is the nicest lady She made sure we were okay also offered us some cookies. She smiled from the time we got there until the day we left. We will be going back soon.
GGuest UserMy tv was not entering channels, or using guide properly. So went to desk to discuss, thought most likely batteries were weak. She called the lame weak maintenance person. He looked at tv, said it was the gadget at bottom and turned the channels with remote 6” away. I laughed I want to be able to change channels in bed, LIKE AT HOME!! Told him to bring me a functional tv. Didn’t!!!
Told desk clerks, I need a functioning tv , bring one from another room. She said I don’t know which room? I said any room not in use and has a tv that DOES WORK!!! I need a refund
PPriceThey said all blow dryers were stolen and they had none and that I should have brought my own. Had to get my key Reprogrammed 5 times, had stickers taken off my vehicle. Some red employees were rude. Now all this is my experience hopefully not yours
GGuest UserNew owners in the place and the regular receptionist has a dismissive attitude. Some rooms are quite nice and it’s a good deal but be careful, the ‘price’ starts at $44 but after taxes etc it sometimes becomes $75. It used to be about $52 but now it’s at least $62 no matter what the initial cost said. The last room was awful: clogged sink, floors dirty, the door could only be opened by the staff, apparently the key cards didn’t work so you would need to see the receptionist to enter. But other times it is nice.
