New owners in the place and the regular receptionist has a dismissive attitude. Some rooms are quite nice and it’s a good deal but be careful, the ‘price’ starts at $44 but after taxes etc it sometimes becomes $75. It used to be about $52 but now it’s at least $62 no matter what the initial cost said. The last room was awful: clogged sink, floors dirty, the door could only be opened by the staff, apparently the key cards didn’t work so you would need to see the receptionist to enter. But other times it is nice.

Just off near downtown Mesa. Rooms are not huge but good if you're spending the night. For me the beds were the best part. Sunk into both in the different rooms I was in. Not the over plush or brick hard beds...just nice comfortable sheets and a...good bed. Honestly, didn't feel like I'd laid in a bed like this since I was a kid. I want one!!

The room itself wasn’t horrible, however, there was what looked like food left on one of the night stands and one of the overhead lights and 1 lamp didn’t work. The toilet was not secure so every time we went to the bathroom it was wobble and the shower head was tilted at a weird angle with little water pressure and not a lot of hot water, mostly luke warm at best. Over all it was okay.

I did not have a door knobs to to the bathroom and I was not allowed to watch TV cuz I'm stuck on the channel on prime channel and it did not fix the TV you know I have no time

Everything was good except the TV didn't work. Manager said she would fix it but never did. Everything else was great. Front desk was kind and friendly. I enjoyed my stay in Mesa. Thanks, Alesia Brown.

The room we were given was quite run down. Sheets and pillow cases were washed but still had stains. Walls, ceilings and furniture was in disrepair.
