My tv was not entering channels, or using guide properly. So went to desk to discuss, thought most likely batteries were weak. She called the lame weak maintenance person. He looked at tv, said it was the gadget at bottom and turned the channels with remote 6” away. I laughed I want to be able to change channels in bed, LIKE AT HOME!! Told him to bring me a functional tv. Didn’t!!!
Told desk clerks, I need a functioning tv , bring one from another room. She said I don’t know which room? I said any room not in use and has a tv that DOES WORK!!! I need a refund

Service desk guy was great. He told us the secret to making the room key work. It took us about ten tries to get in the room, and we were glad the door handle didn’t fall off being as loose as it was. The room was not bad except for the dirty tub that I will not be getting into. Probably wouldn’t recommend this place.

Property is functional and convenient, located among many eateries, but needs updating - it's a bit worn. Staff is very helpful and friendly.

Parts of the room, bathroom (old tub, difficult to use shower handle, scratched furniture). My room was right next to the elevator which was extremely noisy when it ran.
The price was higher than I would usually pay for one night.
It was spring break and I made day before reservation. I*m guessing it was all they had left.
Staff was nice, efficient and very busy.

Chicken took a while. More than 15 minutes. Counter said that the computers are down. Also the front desk attendant seat is taped up with clear tape. Looks so tacky. Looks like a very low rated hotel by having that at the front desk. Again, like I always say, don’t know why I do these Rating stuff. Nothing ever gets done. Nor do I get a letter or a call. Plus the front of the hotel the paint is peeling.

The breakfast staff was incredibly rude. They told my daughter, who was waiting for her bagel to heat up, to move. Literally said, Move. They cut in, while we were trying to get our food and reached across until we moved. In the 3 days we were there we asked for towels only on the 3rd day and there weren't any. My room was not vacuumed. Hair ties were on the floor that were there when we walked in. The bathroom still had the previous guest toothbrush in it. The shower floor was slimy like conditioner was still in it. Front desk staff was great.

The noise from the interstate was horrible and kept us up all night even with the tv on. The beds were hard and lumpy, there was still cleaner in the toilet and hair all over the tub and bathroom. The floor was sticky and disgusting.

The hotel furniture was old, the couch was ripped, the blowdryer didn’t work, and the first floor smelt like smoke to the point where we all gagged every time we had to walk down that hallway. The service was lackluster. In 4 days our room was never cleaned once. Our trash was not even emptied. We called down to get towels, and they told us we had to come down and pick them up ourselves. We won’t be returning.

The shuttle is a definite plus. The lobby and outside area were very nice. The room however, was not. The mattress was horrible, the entire bathtub and shower was stained and needs to be replaced. Outdated in general.
