Customer service sucks at this location and they do not want to refund my money for their roaches that they have in their rooms Do not ever get a room here..

DIRTY, ROACH INFESTED WITH FALSE ADVERTISING
The service was unprofessional, the rooms had nasty a** roaches running, they lied about the breakfast, no coffee maker in room, no complimentary drinks in the rooms, the floor was dirty, the upstairs bathrooms tub leaked everytime they turned the water on, the tub is about to fall through, employers didnt do anything about it, the maids were rude, the place is just a joke and they have false advertisements to help get the customers to rent from them.

Rude no customers service overall . This is the worst customer service I've ever got in a hotel..
These ladies are not customer service oriented at all oh the ones that I've talked to..
You guys need to turn turn this around it's bad for business..
If you guys don't turn it around you're just going to continue having bad image..
I know we're in the bad area the hotel but there's no reason to have rude service..
