My husband and I had a wonderful stay. Even tho I booked it for the wrong day. It was very stressful . But thank God for Corey who went above and beyond to help us. Room was very clean and quiet which is everything we needed.

Never had heard of Sleep Inn so was a little leary of the stay. I was very impressed with my room, it was comfortable and clean. They serve continental breakfast every morning which was pretty good. There is a diner next door and within walking distance is Walmart and a couple restaurants. Across the street is the Superstition Springs mall for more shopping. Also location was good. Did not see any questionable people lurking around. I would definitely use this hotel again.

The front desk system of the hotel is extremely backward, and the front desk clerk is also very old-fashioned. I read the order number, read 🆔, and the name of the hotel I booked, but I still said that I might have gone to the wrong hotel. Later I found out that it was their system problem and my order was not displayed. It was delayed for half an hour, the hotel is clean and tidy, but the ventilation is not very good, there is a musty smell, and the bathroom is very small. The bed is also very soft, and the experience is not good.

The property in general was pretty good. My bathroom was warn and dingy. Looked like it could have used a good scrubbing in tub/shower. My friend had stayed there and the upstairs had been renovated so maybe they haven’t gotten to the first floor yet.

Dealing with the front desk personnel was very excellent. All were friendly and professional. The rooms were very welcoming and clean. We have been to 4-star hotels that didn't have as great a hot tub as your place. The pool was great too. My only tip would be to clean the hot tub more it was getting a bit murky. We will be back for another stay.

TV remote didnt work. We were only able to get one channel. Sink slow to drain. Old building and doing the best they can to keep it up. Pool nice. Breakfast included and decent. Staff nice. Good location.

Very clean. Easy access to all shopping and the highway. Only thing, 2 Best Westerns in the same vicinity so make sure you go to the correct one.
