Angel was incredibly rude, and was of no help to us at all. We asked if it was possible to do an early check-in, but the earliest they could do was an hour. I understand that it’s not always possible to accommodate that, however, when we asked if we could stay in the lobby for those few hours, she made indirect comments about how we were not welcome and how it would become very “ crowded” if we stayed, even though there was not a single person in the lobby. Even during our stay, the entire place was fairly empty so I’m not sure where the “crowded” problem came from. Overall, a very unwelcoming and rude and unhelpful staff. Do not stay here, save your time and take your money elsewhere, where you will be valued as a paying customer.

Wonderful!!!
Great location, excellent condition, and extremely comfortable. The pool area was very nice, and the overall environment was comfortable, clean, and very homey. Will be staying there again next time we are in town!

Worst Experience ever
I would like to request a refund for my room, because this hotel doesn't care about comfort, cleanliness, or rest. It's a shame because the hotel is beautiful.
Let me explain briefly.
1. When we arrived Saturday night, my son found a stroller that belonged to a previous guest.
2. All night long we heard footsteps and noises from the room above us, room 201.
3. The noise from the air conditioner keeps us awake.
4. The pillows are the worst experience ever.
5. One of our beds was broken or something similar, making a loud noise when you move.
6. On Sunday, my room wasn't cleaned.

This hotel is on a busy street, but you wouldn’t know that due to the way it is situated. The rooms run along the sides and are very quiet. A continental breakfast is offered. The rooms are spacious with a huge tv and are very clean. There is also a pool and jacuzzi.

Nice hotel very quiet. Could use some updates to the room decor and chipped wood areas. Otherwise it was good. Enjoyed the whirlpool tub in the room :-)

I wanted to change the date of my reservation because my mother suddenly became ill, but the hotel refused because the 24-hour deadline had passed. I didn't want to cancel, I just wanted to postpone the reservation for a week. So I have to pay the full price of the room, even though I won't be occupying it. They showed no empathy or compassion. Really poor service.

Stay was OK, the complimentary buffet was very basic but decent, and the toiletries in the bathroom were certainly a nice touch. But it was very overpriced compared to other hotels in the area. The location is convenient if visiting central mesa or the Mormon temple nearby.
