Superior Suites Phoenix Mesa

The stay was wonderful. The people were very nice. I would've liked wifi, but didn't need it. I was on vacation.

As soon as we walked into our first room it smelled. I opened the fridge and it was not on and it smelled so bad. I pulled the sheets back and instantly you can see the pillow cases were filthy and had a smell. The sheets had stains and the quilt had holes in it. I immediately went to the front desk where she did not seem to care at all but switched our room. 2nd room was decent enough for us to stay as we needed just one night to rest from our road trip but I almost did leave the property as the door wouldn’t close. Went to the front desk again and she said slam the door it should close. It did close but it was just one thing after another

We just needed a place to sleep after a late flight. Very clean and the office staff was very helpful. They need a little updating but I’d stay there again!

Room was clean. Nice frig/freezer combo. Coffee maker was good but the plastic cups were the only thing to put the coffee in. Mattress was just okay.

Room was clean but bed and pillows were terrible! Hard to get a good nights sleep on lumpy mattress and hard pillows. Would not stay there again!

The property was clean. Hot water food not work initially because the plumbing was wrong. The drain was clogged. Front desk did not answer the phone.

Clogged sink, chilly at nite, poor room heater, etc. Will never come back. Will not recommend…..

Here's my bulleted list for simplicity: - dirty linens (towels & sheets) - shower had a single stream of water (I tried adjusting the nozzle setting, which was barely movable) - couldn't turn on the bathroom light because the automatic exhaust fan had such a loud screeching sound - television screen quality was horrible-- impossible to make out what was on

The price was great. The staff was nice & helpful. The rooms were old and dated. The carpet definitely needs to be replaced in the room I was in. Overall, it was a good location and I just needed an inexpensive place to stay. So, it served the purpose.
