This pool a 35K with a huge deep end. The daily heating rate is to cover the cost of propane. You are welcome to also rent this home without heating the pool. Please give 7 days notice for pool heat. Both are stocked with fresh towels and essential toiletries to ensure you have a carefree stay. ★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★ Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out. ★ PETS ALLOWED ON CASE BY CASE★ We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. We will allow pets on a case by case basis. 1 dog max, no cats. $200 pet deposit. Please message for approval. ★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★ Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees. ★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★ We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. No exceptions. ★QUIET HOURS ★ This is a quiet, family friendly neighborhood. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am. Please be respectful to the homes and people around you. ★Safety★ Please be aware that the backyard has an uncovered pool. Children need to be supervised at all times. There is an adult height lock on the family room door to the pool. There are 3 youth life jackets. Reminder that this is the desert. We have regularly scheduled pest control on the inside and outside of our home. But it is impossible to keep out all desert pests. Our cancellation policy is firm. We encourage you to get travelers insurance. Please note: We have a weekly pool service that comes every Monday. This is to keep our pool clean and well maintained. They try to be quick and stay out of the way of our guests. There is also a landscaper that stops by 1-2 times month. He keeps the landscape looking beautiful for our guests to enjoy. *Wind storms, dust storms, & Haboobs happen here in the desert. Some debris may call into the pool. If this happens, there is a pool net available for your use during your stay. There is ring doorbell with a camera. No checkouts on Christmas Day.
