We loved our weekend stay. The staff is fun and welcoming. Chanel the manager made sure we had everything we needed and were comfortable in our room. The Buffalo burger was delicious. It's worth the beautiful drive to come check out the Grand Mesa.

Dishonest business. Did not follow their in-person booking and 48 hour cancelation policy. Did not refund the money for the 4 nights we did not stay according to their policy after we were told multiple times by the manager and an employee that we would receive a refund in 7-10 business days. Involved local bar patrons and attempted to include other restaurant customers in the moment dispute. Unbelievably unprofessional. Do NOT stay here.

The beer is cold and reasonably priced. The club sandwich is very, very good. It's two meals in one, unless you're very hungry. The daily specials are great. You can eat inside or out. The staff is friendly. The Wagon Wheel is a great place to stop when visiting the Grand Mesa or the Plateau Valley region.

Great quant hotel-nice room amenities-coffee pot, refrigerator, etc. Beautiful knotty pine furniture and upgraded bathroom. My only 'complaint' is that I was never able to connect to their internet. Bedding is great-comfortable. Quiet.

Stopped here as part of a family trip. It's a combination of hotel and restaurant. To check-in, you go in the restaurant. The "hotel" part is pretty small, which is nice, not likely to have much going on around you. The room was clean. It had a bit of a rustic vibe but the bathroom had also been recently renovated. I don't really have anything bad to say. The checkout was weird because when us and the only other couple in the hotel were leaving the following morning, the restaurant was not yet open, and there was no sign at all of any people. Both of us ended up just leaving the keys at the register. This process could be explained a bit better in advance. There is sort of a small town where this hotel is, but not much else around. It's pretty close to going on the mesa, so a good location. I can't speak to the food as we did not eat at the restaurant.
