The room was a bit damp and seemed a bit unpleasant with slightly dim lightings and kitsch outlooks. Long stairs do become a problem with heavy luggage’s and bags.

Simple and nice hotel. We stayed there one night before taking the ferry to Tioman island. It was very good.

The hotel is modest, good for the money. Shower, water, air conditioning. iron on the floor. 20 minutes to the pier with a backpack. Also to the bus station. The staff is very friendly. They left our luggage for a couple of hours after check-out while we waited for the ferry. For my purposes - to wash myself, to spend the night, it’s very good. The city is very cozy, we walked around with pleasure. I recommend the hotel. Bus to Kuala Lumpur 43 ringit, ferry to Tioman 60 ringit one way. Plus tax 30.

The boat 🚢 early the next morning. Stay overnight. It is close to the pier. There is a breakfast shop at the corner downstairs, which is very convenient.
It would be nice to have an elevator 😅
