Ok for traveller but not ok to stay for long time or with family. Budget hotel with limited amneties.

Tengah² Bdr Mersing. It's the best. It's easy to go out and eat. Around the place to eat cheap and delicious. Clean hotel, friendly workers and very helpful

Property had so many bonus amenities ( full gym facility, pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room) and was so close to everything (beach, restaurants, stores, public transportation, etc)

The location was great, and it was very easy to walk to the beach. Unfortunately my apar**ent wasn’t very clean, and I found a cockroach in the kitchen on my first night. Only one lift was working which meant over ten minute waits for the lift to arrive. The furniture in the apar**ent was old and stained. The gym and pool areas were good. I arrived in the evening, and after hours check-in was very easy.

1 lift was not working properly serving 30 floors. The room we were given smelt like someone had been sick in it it was dirty and not as the pictures had shown at all. We were told the guy before had also checked out.
