I would love to give them a better rating, but unfortunately, they allowed another customer to leave with most of my laundry. The staff were wonderful but the manager didn't come to see me about the issue. Now I'm missing about 2/3 of the clothes that I had with me and no response from the manager about replacing my stuff. The room was nice but no cleaning was done for the 5 nights I was there. I'm really annoyed with the manager not showing up to do his job and will be lodging a complaint.

First of all, the room was clean, the air conditioner was blowing cold air nicely. I expected there to be shampoo and shower gel in small boxes in the shower cabin. There was only 1 hand towel in the room, and it was lying around haphazardly. It wasn't folded, so I couldn't use it because I wasn't sure if it was used or washed. I think there should have been an extra shower towel. There were no tissues in the toilet, they brought them when I asked for them later, but such things should be in the room as standard.
They weren't major problems, but I think it would be much better if they were fixed, I was generally satisfied.

The room is not big, but clean. There are problems with the plumbing, the watering can is leaking and so is the faucet in the shower.
