we rent the suite , a stylish 1 bed 1 livingroom apart, full seaview and very stylish ,the room was absolut perfectly. we payed low season 50e in high season maybe double. very worth the money. modern hotel with good facilitys ,citycenter, beac h is 2km

As someone who has been there 4 times, I definitely recommend the new therapist Ms. Şifa on my 5th visit. Everyone should reward themselves with a massage once a month. And it is impossible not to like Ms. Şifa's massage. I would also like to thank Spa consultant Ms. Rojda for her friendly attitude, treats and pleasant conversation. I was at Noax hotel for an event. The hall where the organization was located was very spacious, the smoking area was by the pool, the refreshments were very delicious. I liked the food served in the restaurant very much, apart from that, I was very surprised that Starbucks was located in the hotel, and the spa service was good. I stayed at this hotel for approximately 16 days. I was very pleased with the professionalism and communication of the hotel staff, except the reception staff. In terms of service, the rooms are nice and stylish, but I could not see the pool, beauty salon, hairdresser, etc. departments in the hotel. The most important thing I have to say specifically is that it gave me the impression that the Price Policies were adjusted according to the guest or the customer, rather than according to a rule. When a friend of mine from outside called the hotel and wanted to take a guest with him/asked the price, the price was quoted as 500 TL. During this period, when I brought my guest with me, an extra 1,000 TL was requested. When I objected to my second guest during the 17-day period, 500 TL was deemed appropriate. When checking out today, a payment of 1500 TL was requested. When I asked the reason, they stated that they could provide availability this way. My objection was that this payment should be 1000 TL or 2000 TL for two separate guests. I was insistently asked to pay 1500 TL and close the account. As a customer, I was angry at the two types of pricing and left the hotel after paying for the twin room (I would like to draw attention here) at 08:15 on 27.02.2023.

TBB ile anlaşmalı olduğuna güvenerek konakladığımız otelde hayal kırıklığına uğradık. 803 nolu odada kaldık, odada daimi olarak rahatsızlık veren bir ses geliyordu, resepsiyonu aradığımızda asansör arkası oda olduğu için sesin asansörden geldiğini, müdahale edileceği söylendi ancak hiçbir değişiklik yaşanmadan bütün gece boyunca bu asansör gıcırtısını çekmek zorunda kaldık. Yol üstü dinlenmek için konaklama amacımız resmen kabusa döndü. Çıkışta durumu resepsiyona bildirdiğinizde hiçbir cevap alamadık.
