This is the worst hotel in Turkey, not only in Mersin. They cancelled the reservation without informing me or trip.com. I think you should check the hotels because when a person is traveling and tired from traveling, he wants to go to the hotel to rest, not to deal with bad hotels, especially since the rooms are bad from the inside and have a bad smell.

I didn't have a stay there, they said their internet got problem I have pay in desk but not online, luckily Trip.com helped me to do a refund, there's no one can speak English, so not very friendly for a foreigner.

When I was in the room and saw everything, I immediately went to reception and showed the pictures, they were just laughing and they couldn't do anything, I left immediately before I got sick, I am very disappointed with trip.com that they offer something like this

Arkadas odalar yastiklar leş gibi sapsari.. odada su yok su asagida gozluklu bir abimiz oturuyor son derece ilgisiz alakasiz suratsiz.. otel cok eski 4 nokta depremde bile zorlanabilir.. kahvaltiya aldanmayin peynir yumurta recel.. asansoru bozuk gece asansorde bizzat kaldim.. kesinlikle her konuda kotu bir otel tavsiye etmiyorum.. sahsi yorumumdur..
