I guess i was in a horror hotel. I don't know how this place is still open. We found scary rats in the rooms and the recipient responds was i can change the room but your reservation is non refundable, well we left anyway. The hotel SPA smells like pee and it doesn't work, the pool is so dirty. It is a health disaster place. We understand that out experience were not pleasing to us, but even canceling the reservation was not easy. we left anyway. The staff english language is poor, hard to communicate. I wonder how are they still open and how come they use swiss inn brand name

The hotel was very bad, the stars seemed to have come from space, it was not clean at all and the toilet in the room we stayed in was not working, they did not do anything they said, they asked for our phone number when we left the hotel and gave their own hotel 5 stars, do not be fooled by the good comments and I do not recommend you to stay there.

We went with a group, it was clean and we were welcomed well. I was on the 7th floor. Mrs. İlksen was very helpful. Clean sheets and pillow cases were put on every day. It was a friendly and clean hotel. I would definitely come again. I recommend it, I recommend you to come.

I do not recommend anyone to check into this hotel, your weekend vacation is completely ruined, you will park your car next to a huge pile of garbage, take an old creaky elevator, get to your floor where you will be greeted by dirty carpets covered in dirt stains, enter your room with old crooked beds , dirty windows, a terrible shower and you’ll immediately want to run away from there, but there will be no option for a refund. Avoid this hotel!
