Enjoy the ultimate privacy and paradise on Merritt Island! Our spacious mission style home sits on a four acre peninsula on the Banana River. You can spend the day relaxing by the pool, having drinks by our outdoor bar, fishing or water fowl hunting. You can go kayaking and wind surfing on the river where you’re bound to see wild dolphins or manatees. We are just minutes from Cocoa Beach, Cape Canaveral, Kennedy Space Center and we are less than an hour away from Disney World. We raised our five children on what we and our family and friends like to call it the “The Sosa Resort”. Over the years we have done lots fishing, water skiing, knee boarding, wake boarding or just enjoyed watching the dolphin and manatee. In the cooler months we love to witness the bioluminescence which is a natural phenomenon of glowing blue waters caused by plankton. By just swirling your hand, a stroke of your paddle or just the darting trails of swimming fish, the water lights up like an electric light water show. The amazing images of perfectly lit dolphin zooming by, cause the water to spark up in glowing blue colors, just like in the movie Life of Pi. Through the years we have enjoyed unforgettable birds-eye views, of beautiful and colorful sunsets! With shades of orange, red, purple and yes even pink!
