The room smelled of urine and cigarette smoke. The bathroom was dirty. Along with the microwave and refrigerator. The sheets had cigarette holes in them.

It was an OK. Stay wants to do and lots to see, but the rooms were filthy.

Wasn’t told we had to pay an extra $50 fee during check in, even though the room was already paid for. Front desk was also trying to convince me they didn’t have cribs for infants even though it is advertised that they do. We had to sit and wait for him to call his manager to figure the matter out.

Great location, needs maintenance Great location for easy access to Hobart and merriville. Unfortunately the room was in need of repair, toilet was leaking from the base and created puddles under the floor and leaked up into the front of the toilet. The shower head was hanging off the wall and the microwave was out of date. The floor was dirty. Although the beds were comfortable, it was noisy all night with the air conditioner and people talking/yelling/arguing almost all night. We had trouble with the door lock and had to have our key reprogrammed several times. Staff wasn’t even able to get into the room at the end of our stay to check our complaints.

I recently stayed at Red Roof and unfortunately, my experience wasn’t great. The NFC lock system was frustratingly unreliable—getting into my room was more of a hassle than it should’ve been. Additionally, the bathtub’s water flow was poor, which made taking a relaxing bath impossible. For a hotel that should prioritize comfort and convenience, these issues were disappointing. I hope they address these problems soon, as the location and staff were otherwise fine.

The room was funky, the bathroom was unsanitary, dirty bath tubs the toilet seat had cigarette burns in a non smoking room, the table and nightstands were dusty, the chair had animal hair in it, don't visit this place unless you're homeless or a drug addict, it was disgusting, I did not sleep there I went somewhere else.
