The apartment was excellent. It offered a nice chill area to relax in the loungeroom, a bedroom with a great bed. The bathroom was suitable and the kitchen was a big bonus. The washer and dryer also came in handy. My favourite part was the secure off-street basement parking. It took the hassle away from having to find a parking spot each evening.

Strongly Recommend! Place is just perfect close to the beach, shopping mall and even public transportation!! The unit we stayed is perfectly clean, you can tell its being clean properly. Evrything u need in a house is there and all perfectly working! Compare to other resort or hotel we have been. Will definitely back again!

Facilities are perfect for people who will spend a majority of time around the Pacific Fair area. Location wise it is perfect as it is right across from the bus station and the owners are super friendly and helpful!

Really happy with our stay at portobello resort apartment. Karen was very helpful and prompt in the replies of our requests. Highly recommend this hotel for your stay at thr Gold Coast. Walkable distance to Pacific Fair shopping Centre and to their public transport.

Great clean accomodation for a couple, just wanting to get away for the weekend. Not large or luxurious but has everything you could need and certainly very comfortable. . Close all Gold Coast ****** and shopping. Very central location. Host was fantastic at communication and made us feel very welcome. I would not hesitate in returning every time I want a weekend away. I could see myself retiring in similar in a few years time. Loved it.

Arrived on the Gold Coast to pouring rain, but my stay was awesome, my room was quiet with a view of the pool and only a quick walk to Broadbeach. The team were super helpful, check in was quick and easy and they were able to help with a later check out due to the rain which really helped with my flight delays, Excited to stay again!

We stayed in November for 4 nights and were extremely pleased with the Apartments and the very friendly service. Great location near the beach, Pacific Fair Shopping entre and the light rail station.. Lovely and clean, spacious and easy to get to with our car.including undercover parking. Many thanks Dorelle and team.. Great value for money.. Close to restaurants and convenience store..
