Splendido Resort Apartments

The apartments are very close to the beach, but a bit of a distance if you go to the city center or Surfers Paradise. Let's talk about the check-in experience. As soon as you enter the door, you can see that the facilities in the room are extremely old and do not match the pictures. The room has a musty smell but is acceptable, and the hygiene is also poor. The kitchen utensils were barely usable and the pans had their coating peeled off. The most frightening thing was that when I lifted the quilt, I could see a little spider crawling. I was so scared that I quickly contacted the platform customer service to give me feedback and wanted to cancel the reservation for the night after tomorrow. It's a pity that the hotel refused to cancel and could only continue to stay... I am really grateful to Ctrip's customer service, who patiently helped me communicate, although I failed to check out. The most puzzling thing is that the hotel specifically contacted me and promised to clean the room for me, and then when I returned to the room at night, there was no trace of cleaning, and the bed sheets were not changed for me. How can this kind of service operate the apartment normally! All in all, an unpleasant stay experience
