Lack of credibility in the return of the insurance. Also, during our stay at the hotel, we faced a malfunction in the air conditioning. Maintenance intervened during the break and did not compensate us with another room. The repair was done while we were in the same room. There was also a malfunction in the shower and the engineer was called. Until now, the reservation on the insurance amount has not been lifted.

Hotel limpio y cómodo. En su interior al lado del lobby tiene una tienda de café que resulta muy útil al igual que el supermercado próximo a el. Las vistas al mar muy lindas. A mejorar propuestas en el restaurant y desayuno. A no confundirse porque hay dos hoteles en la ciudad con el mismo nombre.

Eşim ve oğlumla birlikte iki gün kaldık . Mazara,otel odaları çok güzel gördüğüm en büyük otel odası diyebilirim. Kahvaltısı başarısız,ne yazık ki böyle lüks ve gösterişli bir otele türk kahvesinin bile ekstra ücretli olması hiç yakışmadı, bunun dışında güzel bir otel gönül rahatlığıyla kalabilirsiniz
