My 5th stay at Sails and each time it gets better and better. Rhys and Leanne are fantastic and I always feel treated like family when I arrive. Rooms are excellent and welcoming with everything you need for a your stay. Clean and practical. Then there’s the view.. stunning. A large north facing balcony (or patio) which is perfect for watching the day go by. I love the upper floor so I can be drenched in sun, while having a beer and look out to the water, I also love watching the cars going by! Pool is always clean and inviting and the grounds of the apartment are lovely. Great location and a quick stroll into town. It’s an even quicker walk to the beautiful beach down the street. I’m not sure why I haven’t reviewed this place sooner but I wouldn’t stay anywhere else when visiting. Thank you Rhys and Leanne for your excellent accommodation! I look forward to seeing you again soon.

Decided to take a two night break on a road trip from Sydney to Melbourne. We found the Sails Luxury Appartments perfectly located and very clean. The pool and nearby beach was ideal on the warm days. The town centre and local cafes were both in walking distance which was very convenient. Very welcoming and relaxed hosts.

Lovely apartment with great views of the lake. Only 5 min walk to main beach & 10 mins to town. Kitchen has all you need if wanting to cook plus laundry appliances that are new in bathroom. Bed was very comfortable too!

Great location with a perfect unobstructed view of the lake. Location is excellent and walking distance to all localities in Merimbula. Check in and check out process was easy. Spacious bedrooms and apartment meant the kids had ample room to enjoy.

Fantastic Position right on the Merimbula Lake Your own under cover Parking spot Very friendly and helpful hosts Very clean and spacious apartments Recycling facilities Walking distance to shops, Restraunts ,Outdoor Market and Beach Highly recommend. Would stay again.
