We were in town to visit family and this property fit all our needs. The room was super clean and filled with conveniences such as a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and TVs in the sitting area and in the bedroom. The staff is incredibly attentive and friendly.
This was our second stay and I’m certain we will be back.

I really like this property so this was my second stay. The value for the price is excellent but staff walked in to my room at 3:30am not knowing the unit was occupied and I found our keys were cancelled in the morning.

The staff was very friendly and professional.The room was very clean and nice. With having lower back issues due to a compression fracture I felt that the sofa sat a little to low for my comfort. It was also hard to reach the toilet paper, because the roll dispenser was practically mounted behind the toilet. It was very nice to me having just a shower stall over a show/tub unit. I wish more hotel/motels where like that. I really liked that feature. Although the shower could use some non slip safety strips or some kind of non slip shower safety mat and a safety bar to. Just saying!

There is no “water” at the WaterWalk / unusual marketing strategy. :)
Booked into a dirty, unprepared room- needed to exchange. Ironing board bent, falling over repeatedly.

room was not super clean the TV didnt work , when i called the front desk they said they would get back to me and didn't. it was unhooked either way the only response was sorry nothing i can do ill call maintenance and call you back but they never did... also i found unknown meds on the floor. so not real happy especially since i paid for 2 rooms

I have lived in Boise many years and now visit there often when seeing family. I have stayed in so many different properties I cannot even count them which includes condos, apartments, hotels, resorts, etc. The WaterWalk is top of the line! From the awesome customer service, to super comfortable, quiet rooms to a fitness facility full of the BEST workout equipment, I will choose this property to stay in from now on. There is no where else that truly compares.

This has to be the best property i've ever stayed. I didn't need to leave the hotel for anything. All cooking requirements in the room, closet space, drawer space even in the bathrooms, washer in dryer in the room! The lobby has lots of food and refreshments, as well as an espresso machine. My new place whenever I stay in Boise.

It was very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Beds very comfortable (and I am very picky). At first I thought the pillows were going to be too soft but they were great.

I knocked off stars due to the fact there was only a shower and not a shower/tub combo. Really cheap, budget motels, like Motel 6, have shower only. If I’m paying twice the money of a budget hotel, I’d expect a nicer bathroom.
