The facilities are new and sanitary. They are cleaned every day. The staff are super patient and very good. I went straight to check in at 8 o'clock that morning and didn't say anything. I gave full marks to this point. The location of the hotel is pretty good in Merida. It’s probably more convenient to drive next to the main street of the boulevard and not far from the bus station. I don’t know why Ctrip scores so low.

The reception staff, the tax rooms and the restaurant were very pleasant and attentive.
The restaurant was especially tasty and prices were not exorbitant.
The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable.

Betten waren bequem, das Zimmer ausreichend groß. Lage ist super - nicht zu weit von der Altstadt entfernt.
Leider haben wir für 2 Personen nur ein großes Handtuch und ein kleines Handtuch bekommen, Handtücher für den Pool waren auch keine vorhanden.
Die Dusche hatte wenig Druck, auch die Löcher der Duschbrause waren wohl teilweise verstopft.

The location of this hotel is very good, the service is particularly welcoming, there is parking lot, the speed is very fast, it is a place worth visiting. It is 5 minutes away from the pedestrian street, there is a Wal-Mart in 15 minutes, the price is not expensive, really beautiful. Cheap

The restaurant is small but very small and pleasant. The food is very rich. All staff at the hotel were always very careful to our needs, which I enjoyed their attitude to service. The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable.

I really like this old hotel, the perfect location, the Buddha and the warm service, the Mexican service is really very good. The executive floor is set, and those snacks and coffee breakfast are free. The service is really great, people can't help but tip more.
