It faces a small square in the pass, close to the cathedral, and there are many restaurants around, so it is very convenient. I'm not worried about returning late at night, but it's lively until late at night.
Old and beautiful building. The blowout and floor tiles are nice and the atmosphere is good. There are few lights at night and it is a little dark.
The cherry blossom room is large.
The washbasin is a type in the room.
There is a hand towel. There is no face towel.
Jump and solid soap only
No dryer. It seems that there are many thefts. I asked the housemaid but didn't leave it in the room. Instead, I got an extra bath towel.

The facilities are new and sanitary. They are cleaned every day. The staff are super patient and very good. I went straight to check in at 8 o'clock that morning and didn't say anything. I gave full marks to this point. The location of the hotel is pretty good in Merida. It’s probably more convenient to drive next to the main street of the boulevard and not far from the bus station. I don’t know why Ctrip scores so low.

Great hotel option right in the heart of Merida. This is an old house with lovely architectural style and character.
The rooms are spacious, service is great, and the swimming pool is nice!
The only detail is that I asked for some toothpaste and they didn't have (bring yours along), and I had to go out to get one (not far, plenty of convenience stores around).
I recommend it 100%

Beautiful, charming hotel, a bit dated. Large rooms, good restaurants, and good room service. Underground parking with no elevator and a bad sewer smell.

Good location. It gets noisy in the morning - the road is nearby.
Bad location of the air conditioner - it blows directly on the bed, at night it needs to be set to minimum, otherwise it will blow.
The hotel has its own parking, a big plus.
Cons: the room could not be locked from the outside, the lock did not work; it needs to be repaired

The people who works there are really kind and helpful but the hotel is beside a road with big traffic and the rooms are not sound proofs. There was a constant noise all night that was really bothering, I couldn't sleep well.

TTomomeI think every room is the same, but I think it's better to tell you that it's better to see the pool when you make a reservation! I was sorry that I couldn't see the pool at all in the back room!
The cleaning aunt is kind, and the receptionist's brother is very kind!
