It’s just fantastic hotel! Everything you can expect from colonial style is right there! Great view, high-quality service, clean and huge rooms. Despite the hotel is veeeery old, the sanitary equipment is new, air conditioner, WiFi. Amazingly beautiful hotel! Also there are several cafes, restaurants, pizzeria 3-5 min walk.

The hotel is strategically located, only a 20-minute drive from the airport. The hotel is generally in good condition and in good condition. The only problem is the noise in the room due to thin walls and windows and the breakfast service in the restaurant, very slow and poor quality cold food.

From the start even before my trip the staff were very accommodating to allow me to check in a bit later as my flight arrived after usual check in schedule (which Trip.com was able to assist with the change). Service was really great people and the staff are very nice and helpful to answer any questions. They upgraded my double bed to a king. The room was very clean and had a great view of Paseo Montejo. The pool was outdoors and enjoyable with nice weather and the gym was adequate. The staff member called a taxi for me when I left and waited outside to hail it down. I would definitely come back for the impeccable service and friendly staff! Location itself was a big plus as well!

Zona Norte
Hotel location is not too close to the city center, there is a relatively large parking lot, the hotel is good health, the sixth floor of the residence can see some of the city view of merida, but there is no toothbrush and toothpaste in the hotel, it is best to bring it, breakfast to 10 in the morning : 30, is a Western-style buffet, the type is OK, breakfast requirements are not too high.
