Very bad reception service, they give you the wrong room, they changed our room 3 times and in the end they didn't give us the one we paid for, they gave us one at a lower price, and the management never attended to us, we asked for breakfast at the hotel and they told us about the app but we told them that it said it was paid at the hotel and they didn't resolve it for us

Two double rooms were occupied for 6 nights, one on the first floor and one on the 6th floor. The one on the first floor had a normal cleaning service, although we had to request toilet paper on the 4th day, at the beginning of the day when the air conditioning was turned on it had a water leak, flooding the entrance to the room, which was reported, according to the inconvenient.
In the room on the 6th floor, the lack of cleaning of the room, especially the bathroom, was reported. It was observed that only the beds were made. One of the days I was in the room, the cleaning service arrived and waited outside the room. and in 3 minutes the maid came out declaring that she was ready, upon entering the room was checked noting what was mentioned. It was mentioned at reception about which no further comment was made.
I hope that what has been said is addressed to strengthen the areas of opportunity so that the service does not decline for the benefit of the hotel and the clients.
