Great stay at this hotel. Staff is very friendly and food at the restaurant is good quality. We stayed 2 nights the first time, traveled around the Yucatán, then came back to this hotel because of its convenience to the airport.

The front desk was very helpful when I needed to print something. The other service staff were also very enthusiastic. Cleaning was done in a timely manner. The environment was very good. The swimming pool was very beautiful. The breakfast was also great. There were banks, supermarkets, and restaurants nearby. Travel was also very convenient.

I really like this hotel near the airport. It has a Mexican vacation feel. The hotel pool is big enough, and the rooms are big and tidy.
The restaurant charges are not expensive, comfortable and good Mexican food. Going to the airport the next day requires calling a taxi and Uber which is relatively easy.

Appalling. The bathroom smelled of urine and everything looked wet from the seat, I reported it and they went to fix it because it was noticeable that water was coming out of the bottom, and they realized that they had not washed the toilet or the shower. The safe didn't work, they gave us another room, the safe didn't work either. At the restaurant, some enfrijoladas without cheese or onion, some tortillas with bean water. We were asking for napkins when we finished breakfast and they never brought them. Well, they don't even give you a glass of water without charging for it.
