A simple room which could be improved with better lighting. A decent size with a table and chair. The bathroom was adequate and yes the shower needs to run to warm up. Merida is a lovely place with lots to see and do. Lots of restaurants and one I enjoyed was La Mafia, if you like Italian food. There’s also the Temple of Diana and the river with a beautiful old bridge for a pleasant stroll, all very picturesque. Breakfast was average but adequate. I’d stay here again as it was a budget option and it was very convenient as I was on the Via de la Plata pilgrimage.

Delighted with the hotel. Quiet, clean, the staff is always there when you need them and you notice how they care that we are comfortable. Great location, very close to everything. At reception they explain in detail the tourist options, restaurant area,... Abundant, quality breakfast and details such as leaving a heater in the bathroom for the baby, the crib, in short, we will recommend it and hopefully we can repeat it

The spacious room on the fourth floor, but with an infernal noise of machines from above that prevents rest and sleep. The hair dryer also doesn't work. It has a cafeteria, but it is closed. It has parking, but it is full. I only ask that if they offer services they have to always be available. I do not think I'll come back.

For us the best quality-price hotel in the city. We have been going for many years. The personnel is very friendly. It has an elevator, refrigerator and parking. Correct breakfast. Very close to the center and the Roman theater. We will return whenever we return to the city

The lady at the reception is quite quiet. We arrived, we handed over our IDs, he gave them the room, he didn't explain anything about breakfast, knowing that we have it included because it was written on the paper. I don't know, it didn't seem right to me. The hotel is very central to everything. The bed is comfortable but the pillow is quite hard. The hotel parking lot was full. The breakfast is good, there is a variety of sausages, pastries... The coffee was very good.

100% Recommended for the location and friendly staff in everything we need. I was only on a lodging-only basis, so I cannot rate the restaurant, but my advice is to go to a cafe with a terrace 8 minutes walk away, and for 7.20 euros, the three of us had breakfast. the three days
