Exceptional
Good from start to finish. Service, quality and cleanliness of the room, value for money. Highly recommended. Secure parking is available - though bring your best driving skills as the spaces are tight.

A bargain.
Highly recommend this hotel. It was handy for the motorway, staff were very helpful, room clean and spacious and bed comfortable. The free parking was an added advantage.

Beautiful, historic building. My room was frugal, but equipped with all my needs. The staff was very caring, yet laid back enough to let you enjoy the experience at your own pace and pleasure.

Quite cheap, but basic - okay for a night's stay
This is a budget hotel - cheaper than most of the competition. You get what you pay for. The room and facilities were in good condition, but rather basic; and the room was quite small.
Secure below-ground parking was useful. I wouldn't bother with the breakfast (served in the room).
Location okay, near a supermarket and a few restaurants, though very much in the suburbs.
All in all, good for an overnight at reasonable cost, but not a longer stay.

Book your breakfast! Lovely rooms but comming from the UK I expected a communal kitchen to make breakfast. There may have been a mis communication but when we asked we were told there was no kitchen (no kettle in the room) . The following morning we saw food trays and asked again. It seems you need to book breakfast the evening before! This review was written whilst still hungry as not many places to eat near by.

The Hostal is very nice, nice rooms with pleasent details. The Personal was very friendly. We can only recommend the hostal.
