They did not provide towels after the house clean , we were in rush to attend my sons graduation , but at service desk they were like they don’t have wait for cleaning service

Bathroom door would not close, it was swollen and jammed.
'The shower rod was broken; it hung down and would not let the curtain keep water from getting on the floor.

Don’t expect much
We booked a two bedroom suite last minute on the way home from a trip. Room was pretty run down and furniture in common area was dingy and looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in years. The bathroom door in the king bedroom didn’t close at all. The door was damaged and swollen. The bathroom door in the other bedroom closed but was very difficult to get back open. Beds were ok but pillows were awful. It worked for the night but I definitely wouldn’t stay longer than that. From the outside of the hotel and for the price I had much higher expectations for this place.

We checked in and checked out in 15 min. It was a non refundable reservation and now ******* will not refund. The accomodations and experience should negate their policy and we should be refunded. We were only there for 15 min and that time was spent in conversation about leaving.

Nice layout of property, friendly staff and good options of breakfast and location. Hotel does needs a refresh painting bathroom fans desperately needs cleaning. Cabinet doors mis aligned.

Would absolutely never stay here again
This hotel is old and worn down. The doors and walls of the room were very dirty. The headboard had stains. Window sills were dirty as well as couch. The beds were comfortable.
The elevator has seen better days. The side door was impossible to open. The pool was very dirty, pool furniture looked 20 years old. The halls smelled. We lost all water pressure at one point during our stay. The gym was located in the creepy basement and all the equipment is old. They had a peloton that did not work.

Avoid this hotel
The room was fine but the lobby and the hallways are smelly and not well maintained at all. Breakfast choices were very limited and they were out of even items that were advertised.

The property is very tired and needs a severe update and should not have the Hilton name on it in this condition. The main lobby area was clean, but the carpets in all the halls are severely stained, rooms werent very clean, screens on the windows in the room were ripped, and the pool was dirty.
We were supposed to stay three nights, but we checked out after the first night and went to another Hilton close by.
The best part about this hotel is the staff. They were excellent!!!!

This property is awesome for families , the staff is helpful and friendly the pool area is beautiful. They welcome you fur family. Very nice breakfast. However, the property would benefit from a refresh and them this property would top notch in all areas.
