Not the best
Rooms need serviced (flickering bath light, black residue on bathroom fan), breakfast service was not good, it was 9:30 and there was no food left, saw a rat run across the front lobby door outside, only gave us 2 towels for 3 people and one wash cloth. They advertise for a pool but it was closed

Ok for quick stay but not great
The hotel could definitely use some updating and repairs. The carpet in the hallway is dirty and worn. In the room, the outlet on the lamp was broken, the door frame was torn up, there was no hot water at 5:00 am and the sheet on the bed had a large hole in it. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of space in the suite.

Just okay
Room was nice and spacious. Breakfast was good. Had a water pipe bust during our stay and there were buckets everywhere. Also one of the two elevators was out of order.

There was restaurants close by and a shopping mall, which you probably could have walked to. The breakfast was nice but limited. The room was very spacious and clean.

Hilton of Raleigh Crab Tree Mall
We were promised a room away from the elevator. Our double was changed to a king further down the hall. No happy hour Monday through Thursday. The shower never got beyond warm. There were no extra covers and none on the pull out. The tissue holder was a pen. There body wash was broken plus the holder. The pull out had a wire sticking out. The ceiling was falling by the breakfast area. The woman working the breakfast area and the day manager were great. We stayed here a year ago and were impressed. We won’t be back.

Property was average, smelled great when entering the lobby. Nice outdoor area in the back. Rooms were large. One elevator was broken. Rooms had an mildew odor and bathtub was in bad condition. Bathrooms doors and floors very dirty and stained. Bed was comfortable.

Property not maintained very well. Trash on roof and weeds growing in gutters. Elevator floors and walls dirty. Stained carpet throughout the property and stained furniture in room. Could be a very nice property but lacks maintenance.
