The perfect combination of charm, comfortable beds, yummy breakfasts and wonderful hosts Nick and Amy. Plus you’re within walking distance to the town and Lake Winnipesaukee! We also enjoyed day trips to Ogunquit, Mount Washington, and Portsmouth. Don’t miss the cruise boats for a wonderful overview of the lake!

We were fortunate enough to spend two nights in two separate special inns in the Meredith region. The second night was here at the Meredith Inn. This one time doctor's home and office fit the bill for a peaceful, pleasant, and convenient stay. The room was spacious. It included a turret with seating area, a large bathroom with extra large shower, a tv and a wonderfully comforatable bed. Hosts Amy and Nick presented a tasty breakfast and were cordial and informative. We will return.

I recently stayed at the Meredith Inn for one night and it was so comfortable in all regards. The bed was super comfy and I slept great! The common spaces are welcoming and there are drinks (coffee, tea, seltzers, etc.) available throughout the day. The breakfast provided was really yummy (french toast with fresh fruit the morning I was there!). There are new owners in charge and they are super hospitable and friendly. The Inn is in a great location - walking distance to a beach on the lake (wonderful swimming!) and also walking distance to the cute, quaint downtown of Meredith. I highly recommend the Meredith Inn for a great value on a fantastic night's stay!

My husband and I stayed here for a 2 night get-away. From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed and relaxed. Amy greeted us with a smile and spent some time chatting with us while showing us around. Our room was wonderful, the bed was so comfortable, the shower was nice and hot, and the water pressure was amazing. The homemade breakfast was delicious each morning, and coffee and tea were available 24/7 in the lobby area. The location was perfect. It was less than a 10-minute walk to Mills Falls and the town marina. Lots of shops and places to grab lunch or dinner. An easy car ride to multiple places of interest as well. We really enjoyed ourselves and were sad to leave. We had such a great time and are already planning on returning in the colder months to enjoy the fireplaces throughout the building .

Place is fabulous! So much nicer than a hotel. Hosts Amy & Nick couldn't be friendlier and you can walk to the lake, docks, and all the shops and restaurants. Rooms and bathrooms are huge with beautiful antique furniture, and yummy breakfasts too! Can't beat it. Definitely my 'go to' place to stay from now on.

Amazing stay! Hosts were the most gracious and very accommodating! Plus there was amazing free breakfast included in the AM! Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The rooms are incredibly nice with large space and gorgeous bathrooms and styling

Lovely late Victorian period property, right at the back of town. Was a last minute booking, but hosts Amy & Nick were very welcoming, despite only having just taken this place over recently. Great room (#1), with really good shower in en-suite (nice products too!). Bed really comfy, so a good nights sleep. Very nice breakfast included, with free tea, coffee & seltzers available 24/7. Very informative hosts, there to help when needed. Would definitely recommend this place.

We loved our stay at Meredith Inn B&B. The location was perfect for getting to shops and restaurants. The Inn was beautifully decorated and immaculately cleaned. Janet, the Innkeeper, was a perfect hostess who adds all the finishing touches. Our French toast breakfast was delicious!
