La habitación estaba muy bien, nos pusieron una cama extra para niño sin problema, también los facilitaron una plancha para poner la ropa a punto para el evento al cual asistíamos. Personal muy amable y resolutivo. Volveríamos sin duda. Unico detalle es que las cortinas de la ducha eran cortas y el baño quedaba todo mojado.

Siempre es grato alojarse en este Hotel, que está impecablemente mantenido y es agradable, con todo lo que se necesita para una estadía corta como la nuestra.
A mejorar, a la zona del desayunador le falta calidez y buena iluminación. Y el café y las medialunas también son mejorables.

Prolijo y limpio. Las habitaciones medianas. Desayuno completo. El estacionamiento chico no cubre ni el tercio del hotel (hay q estacionar en la interperie)

Hotel aceptable si su valor fuese menor. Habitaciones chicas y anticuadas. Mobiliario y baños aceptables, excepto la ducha que es bastante mala. Los espacios comunes bien, sobre todo la piscina. El desayuno aceptable, pero sin variedad. No lo recomiendo, ni volvería...pero lamentablemente es de lo poco que hay en Mercedes, por eso la tarifa es la de un hotel 4 estrellas de Montevideo

Nos hospedamos con mi familia el 2/3 en 3 habitaciones dobles .Habitaciones matrimoniales diminutas .Pesimo desayuno ,muy poca variedad y encima se quedaron con pertenencias olvidadas en la habitación .Pesima elección .No se alojen en este hotel .

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, a 4 cuadras de la Rambla de Mercedes y cerca de todos los servicios. Las habitaciones están bien, buen aire acondicionado y camas y almohadas cómodas. El desayuno súper correcto y el personal muy amable. Tiene un restaurante al que se accede desde el hotel, lo cual es muy cómodo y hay estacionamiento cercano, además del hotel contar con un estacionamiento con pocos lugares techados.

Publicitan un descuento con una determinada tarjeta, que no está disponible. El desayuno es penoso. Te cobran 20 dólares por 3 horas de late check out y.... Me pregunto qué insecto me picó en la cama.

Frente a la plaza. Habitación grande, limpia, buen aire acondicionado. Muy linda piscina exterior, muy importantes ya que fuimos en enero al Jazz a la calle. Rico desayuno, personal amable. Recomiendo .
