We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Pollinger and could not recommend it more! We picked Merano because we both love nature & walking and there are literally hundreds of beautiful nearby trails to choose from. The guys at reception were so lovely & helpful and recommended some fantastic options including treks from Lana and Saltaus. After a long walk in the heat, a dip in the pool was a welcome relief and we never struggled to find a comfortable sunbed. We didn’t use the indoor pool or sauna but it looked beautiful and spotlessly clean like the rest of the hotel. Fresh towels were available every day free of charge. We had a room overlooking the pool with a great view and a balcony that caught the evening sun. In terms of food, the breakfast selection was incredible with a fresh orange juice machine and gorgeous cappuccinos! We ate dinner in the hotel five out of the six nights and I could not get over how amazing the food was! As a vegetarian I often struggle to find anything other than pizza & pasta in Italy but this was not the case in Hotel Pollinger! The food was incredible and every night the chefs produced a new delectable masterpiece so a huge thank you to all of you! I am so grateful :) It’s a 5 course menu every night, finishing with a gorgeous dessert and cheese selection so bring your stretchy pants! Finally, I could not finish this review without a special thank you to Marilyna (please excuse my spelling!) who is a absolute superstar and helped us and befriended us from Day 1. Ed anche quest'anno siamo stati al pollinger, sempre toppppp ,i titolari splenditi Stefan e la sua compagna ogni anno ci fanno sentire a casa ,cibo da ristorante stellato,personale super ,la nostra Marilena dolcissima ,ci rivediamo a fine anno e vi auguriamo un buon anno pieno pieno di lavoro poiché Ve lo meritate di ❤️ .

Ci siamo sentiti a casa! Abbiamo trascorso qui 5 giorni e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Complimenti, innanzitutto, allo staff: cordiale, sorridente, disponibile! Le camere sono semplici ma dotate di tutti i comfort (peccato che non ci fosse il bidet). La zona relax con piscina e sauna è il posto perfetto per riposarsi un po’ dopo una gita fuori porta. C’è anche una piccola palestra che abbiamo sfruttato. Complimenti allo chef per la cena di capodanno e quelle a venire: abbiamo mangiato divinamente! L’hotel si trova a circa 15 min a piedi dal centro di Merano, dove si trovano i mercatini: c’è un autobus che vi porta comodamente in centro (e l’hotel ci ha messo a disposizione un abbonamento gratuito per i giorni che pernottate lì). Molto comodo! Se dovessimo tornare a Merano, lo sceglieremmo di nuovo!

Hotel curato, pulito e in posizione tranquilla. Il cibo buono, il personale GENTILISSIMO. Molto bella la piscina interna, calda e spaziosa. Unica pecca: in bagno non c'è il bidet (in un 4 stelle in Italia ce lo aspettavamo), per noi sicuramente un disagio.

Eccellente esperienza, nonostante un inizio difficile! Abbiamo soggiornato in questo albergo di recente e, nonostante un piccolo inconveniente iniziale con la prenotazione, il personale è stato molto disponibile nel gestire la situazione. La struttura è molto bella, curata nei dettagli e dotata di ogni comfort. La camera era spaziosa, pulitissima e con una vista mozzafiato. La colazione, ricca e varia, è stata un momento speciale grazie all’attenzione del personale di sala. Spa bellissima e dotata di tutto. Alla fine, il piccolo inconveniente iniziale è stato dimenticato, e il nostro soggiorno è stato semplicemente perfetto. Un albergo che consiglio vivamente a chiunque cerchi qualità, un servizio clienti attento e disponibile ad un giusto prezzo.

In questo hotel di coccolano e ti trattano benissimo fin dall'arrivo !!! In pure stile altoatesino in questo hotel il personale è scelto e formato per far star bene gli ospiti. La colazione e soprattutto la cena è ottima. La piscina esterna è molto confortevole e non è male nemmeno la sauna. Lo consiglio per chi vuol rilassarsi a Merano.

Wir würden an der Rezeption äußert freundlich empfangen. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön renoviert und haben einen tollen Balkon mit schöner Aussicht. Der traumhafte große Garten mit einem sehr schönen Pool lädt zum Verweilen ein. Auf den angrenzenden Terrasse kann man entspannt einen Drink genießen. Zum Essen waren wir nicht im Hotel, das Frühstück war ausreichend, es hat an nichts gefehlt . Wir kommen bestimmt wieder

Siamo tornati per la seconda volta in questa struttura e vogliamo confermare tutto ciò che di ottimo abbiamo trovato in occasione della prima visita. Tutto il personale molto professionale cordiale, solare e disponibile. Pulizia davvero impeccabile. Tutti gli ambienti, compresa l'area fitness, decisamente confortevoli e curati. Si mangia ( e non esagero ) a livello di un ristorante stellato. Vini del territorio, e non, ottimi e selezionati. Piscina ampia e sempre pulita. Consigliatissimo !!!!
