酒店周邊環境非常好👍房東熱情好客，服務態度非常好，我和家人都很喜歡她，酒店屬於民宿廚房設備齊全可以自己小試廚藝哦！梅拉諾氣候宜人温度舒適涼爽，我剛到酒店時正好趕上這幾天是意大利天氣高温，舒適的小鎮下午温度也有點高，房東還給我們提供了一個電風扇很贊👍來梅拉諾度假旅行本來就是一個隨機盲盒沒想到很開心🥳不虛此行！

Luogo tranquillo nella zona residenziale di Merano il cui centro è raggiungibile in circa dieci minuti con una bella passeggiata vicino al Fiume suggestiva. Il residence molto curato , il nostro appartamento nuovo con minuziosa pulizia. Ambiente molto ampio e luminoso con balcone vista panoramica sul campanile veramente idilliaca. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Grazie mille per questa accoglienza e gentilezza così rara oggi.

Das schöne Gebäude liegt sehr ruhig, dennoch zentral und fußläufig 10 Minuten von der Fußgängerzone von Meran. Kostenlose Parkplätze. Die Fam. Minach ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Ambiente ist sehr angenehm, alles geschmackvoll gestaltet und sehr gepflegt/sauber. Wir haben ein kostenloses Upgrade bekommen. Ein schönes großes Zimmer mit Balkon zum Garten. Das Bad ist hell, die Dusche sehr groß und schnell heiß! WLAN/TV top. Super Adresse - gerne wieder.

Meine Eltern und ich haben eine sehr schöne Ferienwoche im 4-Raum Apartment Belvedere verbracht. Die Gastgeberin Frau Minach hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Wohnung ist sauber und gepflegt, stlvoll, modern und wertig eingerichtet. Der Balkon bietet einen traumhaften Ausblick und läd zum verweilen ein.

Wir haben unseren Urlaub im Juni 2022 in diesem wunderschönen, gepflegten Haus in sehr ruhiger Lage mit Parkplatz vor dem Haus verbringen können. Das Vermieterehepaar ist sehr aufgeschlossen und hilfsbereit. Wir konnten uns jederzeit mit Fragen bezüglich Wanderzielen oder Sehenswürdigkeiten, Einkaufmöglichkeiten..... an sie wenden und wurden immer gut beraten. Unsere wunderschöne Ferienwohnung mit Sonnenbalkon und Blick auf Meran im zweiten Stock hat uns sofort in eine entspannte Urlaubsstimmung versetzt. Wir haben mit Absicht ein Nichtraucherhaus gewählt und waren sehr zufrieden. Praktisch ist der Aufzug neben dem Treppenhaus, mit dem man das Gepäck und die Einkäufe nach oben befördern kann. Merans Innenstadt ist zu Fuß in ca. 25 Minuten zu erreichen.

Wunderschöne, gepflegte Wohnung mit Blick auf einen schönen Garten. Wir haben uns sofort wie Zuhause gefühlt. Sehr nette Gastgeberfamilie, jederzeit gerne wieder. Ein schöner 10 min. Spaziergang entlang der Promenade führt einem direkt in die Altstadt.

Abbiamo usufruito di questo residence per sei giorni nel nostro ultimo soggiorno a Merano. Bisogna dire che, anche volendo, non siamo riusciti a trovare nessun difetto in questa eccellente struttura sita in Obermais - Maia alta, prestigioso quartiere residenziale della cittadina. Pulizia e igiene perfetta, arredi nuovi, ogni genere di accessorio per l'angolo cottura, ottimo balcone con bella visuale, gentilezza e disponibilità estrema da parte della proprietaria. Il tutto inserito in una splendida villetta, con parcheggio privato (non sempre presente a Merano), e a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro storico, dalle passeggiate e dalle terme. E tutto questo ad un prezzo uguale a quello di altre strutture sicuramente meno performanti. Se possibile ci torneremo sicuramente, e l'abbiamo già consigliato ad amici e colleghi. E' il luogo ideale per una vacanza serena, da trascorrere come se ci si trovasse a casa propria.
