ImperialArt Merano exceeded all our expectations. From the first contact to check out, the staff was fantastic. Personal and professional, every need was anticipated and managed perfectly. The rooms are beautiful and everything if clean and functioning. The location is perfect for all Merano activities. We are looking forward to our next visit.

We used the ImperialArt for a stopover in Meran. We were impressed by the central location and the uncomplicated service. A visit to the thermal baths was included in the room price and was an unforgettable experience for us. The car park of the thermal baths is highly recommended - too. Hotel is less than 100m. We also really liked the design and furnishings of the Dimitri room. We'd love to come back.

After a long time I was finally allowed to go back to Meran and stay in my favorite hotel Imperial Art. This time I had booked the room "Bristol". I haven't had this room yet. The "Bristol" on the third floor is also a good size and excellently equipped. With a balcony towards the Kurhaus. The breakfast was again very good. I am very satisfied and hope to be able to travel to Meran again sometime and stay at the Imperial Art...

The location couldn't be better. Right in the middle and yet very quiet. The two women at the reception are incredibly nice and helpful and gave us a lot of useful tips. We'd love to come back.

We were very satisfied again. The hotel is beautifully located in the city center (pedestrian zone). The room is nice, clean and modernly furnished. Also, everyone in the hotel and in the cafe was very nice and courteous. Our son also felt very comfortable (thanks for the bed linen :-) ) Especially the evening relaxation in the whirlpool is MEGA. We will be back definitely.

Very nice small hotel with differently furnished rooms. We stayed in room 33 - Aluminum. The room is very spacious with a balcony overlooking the courtyard. Despite the location in the center, very quiet. We felt very comfortable. Courteous, very helpful employees

Tolles Hotel im Herzen Merans!!! Vom Check-In bis zum Schluss war alles perfekt und sympathisch begleitet! Parkplätze werden in der Nähe organisiert und das kleine Cafe im Erdgeschoss lässt ebenfalls jeden Besucher auf gewohnt professionelle Art italienisch den Morgen beginnen!

Preis Leistung passt hier so gar nicht! Großbaustelle direkt nebenan. Um 7h geht es los. Einen Wecker braucht man nicht und da helfen auch nicht die Ohrstöpsel. Die Dachterrasse mit Whirlpool haben wir wegen des Lärms nicht genutzt. Das Frühstück ist sehr spartanisch für ein 4 Sterne Hotel. Wir können es nicht empfehlen!
