Grand Hotel des Ambassadeurs

We stayed at this hotel for 7 nights and it was fantastic. One of our best hotel experiences ever. We arrived with an early flight but they had the room prepared for us even though it was several hours until check-in started. The room and the interior is very beautiful and charming. Comfy beds, clean and high ceilings. The hotel loby is decorated with funny decorations everywhere that gives it a very charming and warm feeling. It feels like coming home. The staff is wonderful and friendly. The hotel is situated just 5 min from the train station, 5 min to the beach and 10 min to city and shopping. When we come back to Menton next time, we will for sure make reservations at this hotel!
Hotel Napoleon

Cocteau-esque inspired prints ans soft Azurean touches in a well located unsinspiring externally edifice. The reception articulate, firm and in excellent communication terms both in transfering advice and in language command. Rooms appreciated space-wise but not unduly. The crystal vert-mousse of the bathromm added character and the apparatus design functioning was of good caliber. It was an ad hoc choice worth to be considered by the more prudent and calculated travellers.
Best Western Hotel Méditerranée Menton
4.4/544 Reviews
The hotel is located near the old town, and the rooms on the highest floor are good even if there is no sea view. The view of the coffee bar on the roof is even better. The room facilities are good and the price/performance ratio is very good. One of the waitresses at breakfast seemed to have an unfriendly attitude. Maybe she thought we ate too much? Ha ha. Menton was a surprise for us, it is very beautiful. If you don’t have luggage, you can take the train to the station further north, and then walk along the seaside avenue to the old town, so you don’t have to walk back and forth on the beautiful but long coastal road twice.
Best Western Plus Hotel Prince de Galles

The hotel is right by the sea, the scenery is good, but there are no shops around. The breakfast in the room was ok, but the service was normal. The hot water was interrupted at night without prior notice. When the yellow people were asked to have breakfast, they asked the room number. The whites did not have to ask, especially uncomfortable.
Ibis Budget Menton Bord de Mer

I booked online on their website, the photos given very much to spend the night there so I took a sea view room. I thought it was well placed to go to Italy the next day. The hotel is located in the centre of the city centre and is located in the centre of the city centre. The receptionist is very nice, he gives us the number of our room and we are going to deposit our luggage. I've already stayed in an ibis budget so I know the type of room, but there, at just passing the door, a non-satisfactory smell of humidity so we have opened directly the window! The hotel is very comfortable and the room is very comfortable. In the bathroom it's not better, half-breaking water chase, hard to open and qui grince... in short I'd expect to much better for the price I've paid. The hotel is a very good hotel, and it is a good hotel. The breakfast room is not big, so you have to make the queue or wait until the other people are going to lunch quiet. The buffet is well garnished. There is a little of everything and at will so it's perfect. That's why my opinion is mitigated. I don't know if in another room and higher on the floor, it would have changed or not.
