The reception is only open a couple Hours in morning and another couple in evening. The Rooms are much smaller than advertised, 18.5 mq. I think they included the balcony or the walls in their estimation of space. They charge for dogs and parking. The room has some weird coffee maker from 1990 america instead of a capsule machine like literally every other hotel/ apartment in Europe. The bed also folds into the wall so you have the joy of making your own bed after a day of travel and stripping it before putting it away so you can physically walk through the small room and use the sofa.

The residence is a short walk from Menton station. (The reception is right next to Mini Max store). Easy check in, friendly staff. Room was very clean, lots of cooking appliances. I had a studio, so it was a couch with pull down double bed. Comfortable bed, clean and tidy. Balcony with shutters to block out light. They have a laundry on site which was very helpful to get all my washing done easily (laundry powder is included). It's in a really great spot close to lots of things like the beach, ******, old town, etc. This is a self serve apartment, so it's perfect for people want to do their own meals and have a semi apartment for the trip, it was good to have a coffee machine, and a fridge to make my sandwiches for each day. I would stay again.

We had a great time staying at Les Citronniers. The room was clean and simplistically modern. The air condition worked great and it was nice having a little kitchen where we could make our own dinner. If you’re looking for a cheaper and simpler place like we did, this is a great choice. Quite a generic hotel experience, but good location close to city center, beaches, restaurants and shops. The staff was fine but could use a bit more of a service mind in my opinion. Also the reception was rarely open which felt a bit weird. Our stay was overall a pleasant experience!

Nous sommes juste arrivé ici. Les draps et taies d'oreiller n'ont pas l'air très propres. Il est 22 heures maintenant. Notre vol a été retardé donc il n'y a personne à la réception. Je suis très inquiet car deux amis ont séjourné dans un hôtel indépendant. Ils attrapèrent la gale à cause du linge impur et restèrent malades pendant environ quatre mois. J'ai un trouble immunitaire, je suis donc également sensible aux problèmes de santé. We just arrived here. The sheets and pillowcases don't look very clean. It's 10 p.m. now. Our flight was delayed so there is no one at reception. I am very concerned as two friends stayed in an independent hotel. They got scabies from the unclean laundry and remained sick for about four months. I have an immune disorder, so I'm also susceptible to health issues.

L'accueil est impeccable, personnel souriant et disponible rien a dire en ce qui les concerne. Le bâtiment est idéalement situé en centre ville près des commerces ,plages et autres ... par contre le dit bâtiment accuse son âge et demanderait quelques travaux d'entretien notamment dans les couloirs ou les lattes du sol se décollent. Dans mon studio quelques soucis avec les toilettes 'chasse d'eau capricieuse .Attention au garage en sous sol dont l'accès n'est pas facile pour les véhicules moyens et plus

In realtà non ci sono stata (anche se conosco perfettamente il Residence): attraverso E.dream avevo prima disdetto la prenotazione (legittimamente non rimborsabile) causa spostamento appuntamento di lavoro, riconfermata poi successivamente con garanzia che tutto rimaneva prenotato perchè comunque già pagato. Ho telefonato in tutti gli orari possibili per accertarmene e nessuno ha mai risposto, ho lasciato innumerevoli messaggi in una segreteria telefonica che ti assicura verrai ricontattato ma non hanno mai richiamato. Peccato che la reception chiuda alle 19 e avessimo avvisato che saremmo arrivati 10 minuti dopo....... quindi nessuna istruzione ricevuta e non abbiamo potuto entrare e siamo stati costretti a pernottare all'Hotel di fronte. Complimenti! Avete ideato un ottimo sistema per non fornire il servizio pagato, di una scorrettezza inaudita, al limite della truffa

Monolocali con arredi rotti e danneggiati, il servizio di pulizia e'poco attento, l'ascensore rotto, il parcheggio a pagamento allagato. C'e' una trascuratezza generale nella gestione della struttura. Unica nota positiva e' la gentilezza del personale alla reception

Appartement fonctionnel et très bien situé. Proche de la rue piétonne , du bord de mer. Vue sur le parc très agréable. Appartement propre et rangements suffisants. Seul bémol télévision vraiment trop petite. Personnel accueillant et professionnel.
