Very beautiful view Service not so good Should change restaurant menu Only one restaurant for palace is not enough Don’t want to give us water in the room unless we pay Only good service guy is the barman Massage is good but far from reception. No signal to go to massage spa room

From the minute we came untill we left we enjoyed. Very big room well equipped and organized with a big bed and lots of space.Quiet and beautiful area. we also travelled around to places not far. A very good place to stay and great service. We recommend!

Superb property The location is stunning and the facilities are top class. Staff are friendly, helpful and professional. Book the hotel restaurant in advance as we were unable to get a table on Saturday night. The subsequent croque monsieur in the bar costing €25 was both expensive and underwhelming.

Absolutely beautiful Art Deco hotel located on Lake Annecy. Stunning views of lake and mountains in a peaceful location away from busy Annecy. Staff were exceptional. Exquisite interiors combining the original features with contemporary luxury. Breakfast was delicious in a grand room with over 180 degree views. Would love to visit again.

The palace the staff the view the location was great , it was a technical issue with the TV but the staff fix it immediately , its only 15-20 minutes from Annecy , there is free parking and valet, I’d highly recommended and I’ll visit the palace again

We were here for a wedding celebration. The positive aspects start with the great location and end with the excellent valet service. Rooms are awful, even dangerous, with the very low angular ceilings and beams, risking breaking your head. No control on air conditioning. Water dripping. Shower doesn’t stay up. WC flushing inadequate. Food - substandard. Staff response poor. Some even haughty. Wedding dinner card printed with gross errors. Summary: Five star pricing with two star quality.

Wallid, The gentleman who took charge of our Car and baggage made us feel like honoured guests. He made us feel welcomed and after a few minutes of conversation we made an instant connection that lasted until the following day when he again helped us with our car and bade us a heartfelt goodbye. This is the type of service that we received throughout our stay at this property.

Unbelievable service - fantastic location - couldn’t recommend this place anymore !!! The staff are so attentive and really care - nothing is too much - don’t look anywhere else just book this hotel !!! My room looked over the forest to the rear - next time I’ll be booking a lake view

Our stay was perfect. Such a beautiful location and hotel. We had a lovely forest view room and breakfast. We stayed for a week and the breakfast was delicious, plenty of choice. We ate in the restaurant one night and the food was amazing. The staff were so attentive and made our trip so special.
