Excellent treatment, very good service, they helped us rent a motorcycle, they provided us with body cream, all very kind.
The new rooms are very nice and the bed is very comfortable, the air conditioning is new and without odors.
A 10 we will return

. We had a lovely week in Es Mercadal at Hotel Jeni. The room was very comfortable and the staff were lovely. Annabelle and the waiter were particularly helpful. It’s a fantastic position to see the island. Monte Torro is also a great walk. we spent several very enjoyable nights eating in the hotel bar- delicious! Lao room was very well cleaned on a daily basis. On a side note the bus routes just down the road are excellent.

Simple and expensive hotel for what it is, with an acceptable restaurant and disappointing reception and management staff. If you have a problem with the reservation, pray our father and I hope you have better luck than us, because it has taken us 3 months to get the amount of a reservation back that we had to pay twice (once to the provider and once to the hotel) because they don't know how to do their job. They drown in a glass of water, and if you are not careful they deceive you. A shame.

Posizione strategica a Es Mercadal in centro all’isola per raggiungere al massimo in 30/40 minuti le spiagge di Minorca. Molto pulito. Ho usufruito del pernottamento e prima colazione. Colazione abbondante e varia. Ho provato una sera la cena e devo dire ottima. Personale molto gentile, professionale e disponibile . In particolare alla reception hanno risolto brillantemente un grosso problema della mia prenotazione. Consigliatissimo.

Sólo puedo opinar del restaurante. He ido a comer en tres ocasiones diferentes con mi familia. El servicio del personal es excelente. Educados, atentos y simpáticos. Te hacen sentir agusto. De las tres veces que hemos ido a comer sólo les pongo un pero. Mi hijo pidió unos calamares a la romana y le sirvieron congelado industrial en el que el rebozado era el protagonista y el calamar un hilillo difícil de apreciar. Tenía una excelente opinión de la cocina de este negocio que se vio empañada por esta pifia carente de sentido. Si no puedes poner calamar fresco es mejor que lo digas y el cliente puede decidir, pero servir esa cosa es una falta de respeto. El resto de las comandas eran apropiadas y buena calidad a un precio aceptable. Pero el detalle de los calamares estuvo muy feo. Impropio de un negocio serio. El año que viene todavía tengo que pensar si regresaré. Parece una tontería, pero me dolió que cometieran esa estupidez. Local bien climatizado, baños muy limpios, precio muy aceptable en relación a la calidad y trato inmejorable... Pero lo de los calamares es un tiro en el pie.

Siamo stati molto bene.Ottima posizione per muoversi nell' isola. Titolari e staff gentilissimi... ci è stata data una camera migliore di quella prenotata...bagno grande ottima doccia camera spaziosa. Abbiamo cenato bene. Anche la piscina deliziosa. Consigliatissimo.

Abbiamo soggiornato 9 notti in questo hotel e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Abbiamo trovato un ambiente accogliente, ospitale e rilassante. Il personale gentilissimo, super accogliente e amichevole. Ci siamo sentiti all'interno di una famiglia. Colazione e cena ottime, ogni sera proposte diverse e piatti locali. Camera accogliente e pulita. Posto ideale per rilassarsi e strategico e centrale per visitare comodamente l'isola spostandosi con l'auto. Lo consiglio vivamente. Tornassi a Minorca riprenoterei qui senza dubbio.

L' hotel è molto carino, si trova a pochi passi dal centro di Es Mercadal, la stanza era carina, molto comoda e sempre pulita, dotata di tutti i confort, la colazione sia dolce che salata era piuttosto varia, personale molto gentile sia alla reception sia alla sala della colazione. A pochi passi dall' albergo, c'è la fermata del bus che porta direttamente alle varie spiagge. Hotel consigliato
