Starting because the apartments need urgent renovation, they don't have air conditioning and the outlets are so old that you need an extension cord to plug something in because the plug on some things doesn't fit. Also, the plugs are half hanging. There is no air conditioning, but there are fans. In the kitchen, apart from having little space, it does not have an extractor hood, only a pipe that faces the street. In addition, the sofa is very uncomfortable and rigid. The bathroom has absolutely nothing so you can store or support your things, and on top of that, showering is an odyssey since the bar that holds the shower curtain falls down, inside the shower you also have no place to leave anything supported and to make matters worse the temperature of the water goes as it pleases. As for the facilities, the golf course seen in the photos is dusty and cannot be used, but the pool is very large and there are usually no people, it is a very quiet place with several areas for children. The pool bar does not have a fixed schedule, sometimes there are three people when there are none and the girl who assists you at reception is very unpleasant. Not to mention that they say they have private parking, but the truth is that the parking you have is the one you find on the street.

Tested at the end of the season in 2021, the stay was average but inexpensive. We decided to come back earlier in 2022 (end of August). Apartment, without air conditioning, windows that do not close properly, unhinged cupboard doors, extremely noisy passing customers returning at night and using the swimming pool prohibited. Forced to sleep with windows open and neighboring houses in perpetual celebration (screams, laughter, at 3 a.m.) passing the trash at 2 a.m. hellish. broken coffee machine (scaled) changed 3 times with machines not working! Complained to the receptionist several times but unable to manage we came to ask for a refund for the remaining week, granted more for fear of the scandal which was looming with request for police intervention! The prices of this establishment, tired by a certain lack of maintenance, bring in a rather delicate clientele who never stay long. Therefore, frequent turnover and no respect for others. To escape if you want and relax and enjoy this island...which has changed a lot since the 70s! where has his charm gone? Too many people, really...more youth hostel style...and then again!

We were very well cleaned courteous staff. Excellent location with the bus stop at the entrance of the residence and the market really close. Highly recommended 👍 Very fast connection with Ciutadella 5 minutes by bus.

Excellent value for money. Strategic position, scrupulous cleanliness of the rooms, table linen and crockery. Courteous and helpful staff even if they don't speak Italian. There is no air conditioning, however the ceiling fan, although a little noisy, offers a good exchange of air. The swimming pool and solarium are well-kept and available at any time. Due to the carelessness of customers who leave them under the trees, the sunbeds have stains of bird droppings. The coves and the city of Ciutadella are easily accessible.
