We are here at the moment and after reading all the recent negative reviews I wanted to write a quick review to say that we cannot fault this hotel at all and please ignore any negative reviews below! The hotel is immaculate, the food is delicious and varied (and hot!), the staff are all so friendly…Peter and the two ladies from the animation team are good fun and work so hard; the amount of children involved in all the activities is lovely to see and testament to their enthusiasm. Nothing is too much effort We have only been here two days and would 💯 come back!

The staff are friendly and helpful food excellent rooms are spotless Nice atmosphere TUi rep here everyday I would definitely recommend this and will return next year The resort is peaceful and clean perfect place to unwind Only 1 issue was no kettle but an hour of requesting one a member of staff brought one to our room

Was a little nervous to go with some reviews on here, well what can I say, really don't belive everything you read, staff were amazing, animation team were excellent, managers of restaurant were so nice, food was great and always warm. Always a hot plate to put your food on. There are two microwave to use, we never once had to use them, we had a great week here, and I would 100% come back here. Enjoy your holiday.

Sant Tomas is a lovely and very quiet resort. It has a beautiful beach and the sea is fabulous. There is a lovely walk at the back of the hotel and a couple of really nice bars on route. I will start with the hotel it is spotless and the staff are amazing always cheerful and hard working. The room was an apartment which was lovely. The pool area was good and the bar. A short walk to the beach. We did not go to any entertainment as it was cool in the evenings and it was outside. We hired towels at 10 € refundable and had a safe at 30€ for a week. The food was definitely hit and miss some evenings at 8pm it was running out or it was rubbish it did improve the last couple of day I think a lot of complaints they got there act together. We walked to Son Bo it's a tough walk as you have to walk in water on Stepping stones or along the beach. We went to Mahon on the bus it was €9.60 for 2 and Citadella was € 10.40 for 2 and worth a visit great restaurants. We also did a boat trip in Mahon €18 for an hour. If you are looking for lively don't go to Sant Tomas it's very quiet. Any questions just ask.

Went on a 4 day break. The rooms and public area all kept very clean and the rooms were fresh and well maintained. The staff were very friendly and gave good service. Santo Tomas is a quite location with some lovely beaches with a paved area to walk along the beach. A bus stop is just outside the apartment However, we were all inclusive and the food needs improvement, the staff all tried hard to please but the meals were much the same although reasonable choice. At times the meals were cold, breakfast was the best meal of the day. As the holiday progressed they had improved the coverings.

Just home from a week at the Lord Nelson apartments . Room was ready when we got there so that was a bonus . Lovely spacious apartment with great views . I'm a picky eater but always found something to eat . The food could do with being warmer but we used the microwaves as we like our food hot . Drinks were fine , as far as the entertainment we didn't bother with it as it was in a small area round the corner of the building . Be careful in the lobby area if it rains as it has canopy roofs & when it rains its treacherous. Managed to get a sunbed after lunch as we like to walk in the morning . Most people put towels on early morning before breakfast . Wasn't the best Globales we've stayed in food wise but as its newly taken over by them they will hopefully sort certain issues out . All in all we had a lovely holiday , nice & relaxing . If you're looking for lots of nightlife this resort isn't for you , just a few bars & restaurants very laid back but we loved it . Lastly at the right price we would give this hotel another try

Well where do I start ! Let's start with the fantastic beach it's a good as it gets panoramic view from the sun lounger that we hired for €9 euros each , let's be clear this beach is stunning , shallow and ideal for wading in , you could be anywhere in the world ! It was all pretty downhill from there , the hotel that was advertised as adults only had its fair share of kid ds , although the were well behaved and mostly a credit to their parents it wasn't what we booked , the room was nice , and generally the hotel was spotless ! The food was inedible let's be clear , horrendous ! and after 2 days of hoping it might improve we gave up , we met the rep to voice our complaints and were swiftly moved to a hotel further down for our food , which was lovely ! ( it saved our holiday ) all in all we had a good time , it's quiet in st Tomas too quiet for us ,

Great welcome at reception when we arrived. Staff are friendly helpful and really nice. The Animation team omg the best so friendly loving and great fun. Made us so welcome. The entertainment in the evening has been good. Food is ok had to warm up in microwave a few times but very nice.
