Absoultey brilliant hotel, staff was so friendly especially the children’s entertainers flammy Sandra and Carol and Ray thankyou for a great stay. Food was fantastic and hotel clean water park is a great addition for the family and the snacks there are good. The salad box and toasties especially.

Overall we had a nice time in the hotel.
However we were not able to use the sauna because someone broke the door and during our 4- day stay it has not been repaired.
The spa closes very fast so in the evening you can't use it nor over the weekends.
The gym was a big disappoin**ent, half of the machines were not working and were super dirty. We liked the food - the chef is great and the entertainment at night was fun.

The inedible buffet dishes reheated several times between noon and evening rotten fruit greasy and poor quality food
Dilapidated facilities old and cold jacuzzi!! This is not a 4 star hotel false advertising

The hotel is good, but the reception had difficulty taking into account the customer's requests, such as reserving a specific taxi, then English is not spoken by the barmaids, and the evening activities remain to be reviewed because it looks like a colony of children, then the dinner times are too short, we are on vacation and at 8:30 p.m., it's already the last ones having dinner, the tables are wobbly, the whole thing still remains expensive for the together, then there are not enough buoys for the slides for vacationers, I hope that you will take all this into account, because all inclusive remains really expensive, for all it is faults, then not enough staff at the bar, the queue is too long, Cdt

The only thing that matters are the waiters, always friendly and willing. No cleaning in the room, and poorly maintained facilities.

The facilities were great, the villas, pools, leisure areas and the aquapark. The staff is very friendly and willing. Ideal for a family vacation. The only thing, I recommend renting a car to see the island.
