Thank you to the front desk staff Xiao Shen and Xiao Yang for their warm reception and introduction to places to visit and local characteristics in Mengzi. They also upgraded our room for free, and we can see the beautiful Nanhu Lake through the window.

The front desk guy and girl had a good service attitude and helped us upgrade to 6 smart rooms. There were porters to help with the luggage. The room was relatively clean and quiet. The hotel is old, especially the facilities and hygiene of the breakfast restaurant are not satisfactory. The rice noodles are prepared in advance and placed on the table. 我們來辦理入住時候已經是凌晨了，本來想着沒有停車位了，但是當我們來到了的時候前台小姐姐非常有耐心的指導我們停車，現在出行最擔心的就是沒有停車位了，所以選禾爾曼酒店根本不用擔心沒有停車位，因為他家停車場車位很充足。 當我們進入大廳後引入眼簾的是大廳簡單大氣，非常寬敞整潔，前台小姐姐不用説了非常熱情，辦理入住也非常快，缺什麼打電話馬上就給送到。房間也是和圖片看到的一樣乾淨明亮，而且特別寬敞，智能窗簾，衞生間乾濕分離，床上用品乾淨整潔睡上非常柔軟，枕頭高矮剛好合適，這次是我出差以來入住最滿意的一次了，以後來蒙自就首選禾爾曼酒店了
