When I arrived at the capital of Honghe Prefecture, I chose the Hilton Hampton Hotel without hesitation. The hotel is in a very good location, in a large business district, and is very convenient for travel, dining, parking, and shopping. The front desk clerks Xiao Yang and Xiao Shen were warm and thoughtful. The room offers a view of the South Lake, is clean, the bedding is comfortable, the cleaners have a strong sense of service, and the breakfast variety is quite rich. The only problem is that the elevator has a pungent odor, which may be due to problems with the materials used. This is the only regret I have left with staying at the Hilton!

The front desk guy and girl had a good service attitude and helped us upgrade to 6 smart rooms. There were porters to help with the luggage. The room was relatively clean and quiet. Because we arrived late, the security guard was very enthusiastic and told us where to find the nearest place to eat. The hotel is old, especially the facilities and hygiene of the breakfast restaurant are not satisfactory. The rice noodles are prepared in advance and placed on the table. The soup is served as soon as the guests arrive, which makes the food on the table look stale.
